At DIELOK, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
